Does your organization (workplace, church, association) ask you to check your authentic self at the door? <\/span>If you\u2019re like many, the answer would be yes. <\/span>Why do organizations value duplication and conformity? <\/span>More than likely it\u2019s because of insecurities gone wild. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Think about it, if you encounter someone who is different thinking or different looking, what is your fist inclination?  <\/span>Feel threatened? <\/span>Humanly we feel better around those we think are like us. <\/span>We look at it as a strange type of validation. <\/span>Now look at the leaders of the corporations, churches and associations. <\/span>More than likely these people suffer from the disease of insecurity\u2026times ten.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I was that way.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The \u201cstory\u201d has already been told regarding the impact of poor leadership, but now we\u2019re getting the harvest from decades of bad influence. <\/span>That harvest is manifesting itself in the form of a counter-genuine lifeforce. <\/span>You know them, there the people who wear masks and \u201cposition\u201d themselves in every conversation. <\/span>These people really don\u2019t know who they are.  <\/span>After years of working and living, it\u2019s not surprising.  <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lost and not sure of what to do. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Make your choice now, authenticity or a life of positioning. <\/span>Remember, if you\u2019re not authentic, you\u2019re a fake. <\/span>Long live the authentic. <\/span><\/p>\n
