It was a great reminder of a precious gift.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/embed.ted.com\/talks\/andy_puddicombe_all_it_takes_is_10_mindful_minutes.html\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>So why does mindfulness matter? It matters because if you&#8217;re like me, there is a ton coming at you everyday. Social media, email, work demands, family issues, and the list could go on. I&#8217;m so thankful that I found <a href=\"http:\/\/mobile.viaden.com\/yoga-for-iphone.html\" target=\"_blank\">yoga<\/a>. It has helped me in so many ways with this war (mental in this case) we&#8217;re in. The mindfulness and physical lift I get are two big ones that leap out.<\/p>\n<p>In the clip, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.getsomeheadspace.com\/News\/headspace-blog\/the-wisdom-of-uncertainty--andys-latest-blog-for-the-huffington-post.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Andy Poddicombe<\/a>, points to some insights I plan on expanding in my mind.
