The following are some clues to know:<\/p>\n

  1. You’re motivated by fear.<\/li>\n
  2. You think playing it safe produces success.<\/li>\n
  3. You’re identity is defined by the organization.  In other words, as the organization goes so go you.<\/li>\n
  4. You have not identified your purpose in life.<\/li>\n
  5. You’re willing to lie rather than take a stand.<\/li>\n
  6. You believe in the idea of retirement.<\/li>\n
  7. You ignore reality.  For example, the organization is dying and you refuse to accept it.<\/li>\n
  8. You consistently compromise your values.<\/li>\n
  9. You think power is first a tool to move people and processes.<\/li>\n
  10. You haven’t considered the legacy you’re leaving behind.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
